Job summary

Alsco is seeking a Load Builder in Rochester, NY to assemble customer orders from finished products. You will receive items from production, organize them for shipment, and maintain flow to meet delivery schedules.

The role requires following packing instructions, adhering to safety standards with PPE, and reporting any shortages or quality concerns to management. As part of a production and distribution team, you will log activities in Spindle and support a non-exempt workforce in a facility

Qualifications

• Counting and sorting textiles for order assembly.
• Follow written packing instructions and operational procedures.
• Identify product quality concerns and report them to management.

Responsibilities

• Receive finished products and organize for order assembly.
• Review packing requirements and place products into route carts, bins, or storage.
• Maintain product flow to support delivery schedules.
• Identify and report shortages, discrepancies, or quality concerns to management.
• Meet productivity, quality, and safety standards, including PPE usage.
• Log in and out of Spindle productivity system.
