Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Vista, CA is seeking a Load Builder to join our production and distribution team. You will assemble customer orders for shipment by organizing finished products into route carts or bins and maintaining flow to meet delivery schedules.

Responsibilities include reviewing packing requirements, placing products into designated storage, reporting shortages or quality concerns, and logging activity in the internal system.

Qualifications

• Recognize product colors, sizes, and types.
• Count and sort textiles for order assembly.
• Inspect finished products for quality concerns.
• Follow packing instructions and procedures; wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Receive finished products from production and organize them for order assembly.
• Review packing requirements and place products into route carts, bins, or storage.
• Maintain product flow in the load-building area to meet delivery schedules.
• Identify and report shortages, discrepancies, or quality concerns to management.
• Meet productivity, quality, and safety standards and log in/out of Spindle.
• Log in and out of Spindle (internal productivity tracking system).
