Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Yuma, AZ is hiring a Load Builder to assemble customer orders from finished products and organize them for shipment. You will work within the production and distribution team, report to the Production Manager, and ensure accurate packing per requirements.

This non-exempt, on-site role emphasizes physical tasks, PPE usage, and adherence to safety and productivity standards as part of daily operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to recognize product colors, sizes, and types.
• Counting and sorting textiles for order assembly.
• Inspection of finished products to identify quality concerns.
• Follow written packing instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive finished products and organize them for order assembly.
• Place correct products into route carts, bins, or storage locations according to packing requirements.
• Maintain product flow to support delivery schedules.
• Identify and report shortages, discrepancies, or quality concerns to management.
• Adhere to productivity, quality, and safety standards including PPE usage.
