Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Brockton, MA is seeking a Load Builder to support production and distribution by assembling customer orders from finished products and organizing them into route carts or bins for shipment.

You will follow packing instructions, inspect items, maintain flow, and log activities in Spindle; this role requires standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, and adhering to PPE and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Recognize product colors, sizes, and types.
• Counting and sorting textiles for order assembly.
• Inspection of finished products to identify quality concerns.
• Follow written packing instructions and operational procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive finished products and organize for order assembly.
• Review packing requirements and place products into designated carts, bins, or storage locations.
• Maintain product flow in the load-building area to support delivery schedules.
• Identify and report product shortages, discrepancies, or quality concerns to management.
• Meet productivity, quality, and safety standards, including use of PPE.
• Log in and out of Spindle productivity tracking system.
