Job summary

GOODWILL OF CENTRAL FLORIDA is seeking a Textile Grader in Palm Bay to assess donated textiles by brand and quality using the organization’s grading system. You will help maintain a clean, safe production area and wear the required name badge and dress code.

In this role, you will support the team by assisting in additional textile processes, participate in in-service training, and perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader and Production Team Leader.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or stock handling preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Basic math for money, weights, and measures.

Responsibilities

• Grade donated textiles by brand and quality using Goodwill's grading system.
• Maintain a clean, safe production area and proper dress code.
• Participate in training and complete other duties as assigned.
