Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in textiles or garment grading preferred.
• Experience in nonprofit or charitable organization is advantageous.
• Familiarity with warehouse or retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Assess and grade donated textiles based on quality, condition, and type.
• Sort textiles into categories for resale, recycling, or disposal.
• Maintain records of graded textiles and report discrepancies.
