Job summary

Goodwill Industries Of Central Florida in Palm Bay is seeking an Entry Level Textile Grader. Under supervision, you will grade donated textiles by brand and quality using our Good, Better, Best grading system and help maintain a clean, safe production area.

The role requires standing for long periods, following directions, and presenting a neat appearance with proper dress standards. Retail or stock handling experience is preferred, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Retail experience or knowledge of stock handling preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods in a retail environment.
• Knowledge of brand names and current fashion trends.
• Ability to listen well and follow directions.
• Maintain neat, well-groomed appearance and dress code.

Responsibilities

• Grade donated textile based on brand and quality using Goodwill's good, better, and best grading process.
• Keep production area clean, neat, and safe.
• Attend in-service and related training as assigned by Team Leader.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Team Leader and Production Team Leader.
