Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years nonprofit program experience.
• Experience with community outreach and mass communication.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth of the program, partnerships, alumni network strategy.
• Develop impact metrics to show progress to donors and partners.
• Maintain a network of contacts to support development efforts.
• Coordinate alumni relations, and manage program communications.
• Oversee administrative tasks, recruitment, calendar, and budget.
