Job summary

Twin Liquors, LP is seeking an experienced State Warehouse Operations Director to lead and optimize five Texas warehouse facilities. You will drive statewide strategy, standardize processes, and ensure safety and high-performance execution across distribution and fulfillment.

You will manage KPI-driven performance, mentor five Warehouse Managers, and partner with on-premise and retail teams to align service levels with customer expectations. Travel across Texas is required.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of warehouse or distribution operations experience.
• Proven multi-site leadership at state/regional level.
• Strong B2B order fulfillment expertise.
• Ability to manage KPIs, productivity standards, and labor efficiency.
• Experience leading and developing warehouse management teams.
• Knowledge of inventory management, shipping logistics, and distribution workflows.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to travel regularly across Texas.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations across five Texas warehouse facilities.
• Establish statewide strategy and standardized processes with safety and compliance.
• Own key KPIs: picking productivity, order accuracy, on-time shipping, labor efficiency, cost per order.
• Directly manage and mentor five Warehouse Managers statewide.
• Collaborate with State On-Premise Director and sales teams to align with service levels.
• Drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives and continuous improvement across facilities.
• Champion WMS optimization, automation, and AI-driven planning; partner with IT/ops teams.
