Job summary

Twin Liquors, LP seeks an experienced State Warehouse Operations Director to lead five Texas warehouses, drive statewide strategy, standardize best practices, and optimize B2B fulfillment and distribution.

The role emphasizes productivity, continuous improvement, and the use of modern supply chain technologies including automation and AI-driven enhancements to support retail and on-premise growth. Strong leadership and travel across Texas are required.

Qualifications

Minimum 8–10 years in warehouse or distribution ops leadership.
Proven multi-site leadership at state or regional level.
Strong B2B order fulfillment and service level execution.
Experience with KPI management, productivity standards, and labor efficiency.
Experience leading and developing warehouse teams.
Knowledge of inventory, shipping, and distribution workflows.
Willingness to travel across Texas.

Responsibilities

Lead operations for five Texas warehouse facilities.
Establish and execute statewide warehouse strategy aligned with growth, service, and cost goals.
Standardize processes, SOPs, and best practices across all facilities.
Own KPIs: picking productivity, accuracy, on-time shipping, OT, cost per order.
Directly manage and mentor five Warehouse Managers statewide.
Collaborate with State On-Premise Director to align service standards and delivery.
Drive Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement programs.
Champion technology adoption: WMS optimization, automation, predictive labor planning, AI tools.
