Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; equivalent combinations may be considered.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership in warehouse, distribution, or logistics.
• Senior management experience leading 30–50+ employees with safety, inventory, and financial ownership.
• Lean Six Sigma and OSHA certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the distribution center.
• Drive safety, service, quality, and productivity through data-driven decision making.
• Develop scalable processes, reporting tools, and capacity plans for growth.
• Lead recruitment, training, and retention of warehouse staff.
• Manage budget, capital planning, and profitability targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with customers, corporate, and operations teams.
