AECOM is seeking a dynamic Vice President, Transportation Business Development Lead to drive statewide growth with TxDOT from Texas-based offices. This external-facing leader will develop strategy, manage relationships across TxDOT divisions, and expand AECOM’s service offerings in transportation.

• Strong track record in business development andexisting relationships with TxDOT.
• Active involvement in relevant transportation professional organizations in Texas.
• Ability to recruit, lead and retain top talent for TxDOT opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Fully accountable for TxDOT business development in coordination with Texas leaders.
• Represent AECOM and serve as a point of contact with TxDOT leadership.
• Oversee delivery of projects ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• Act as Principal-in-Charge on large projects for client relationships and financial performance.
• Monitor transportation industry trends and provide strategic insights for initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to expand services with TxDOT and guide pursuit teams.
• Coordinate with technical teams to align solutions with TxDOT goals.
• Prepare reports and presentations on project status and metrics.
• Attend conferences to strengthen TxDOT relationships.
