AECOM is seeking a dynamic Vice President, Transportation Business Development Lead to drive Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) opportunities. Based in Dallas with a hybrid work model, you will lead statewide business development, strategy, and relationships across TxDOT offices and districts, expanding AECOM’s transportation service offerings.

You will manage proposals, coordinate with technical teams, and recruit top talent, delivering growth, client satisfaction, and long-term revenue

Qualifications

• BA/BS + 12 years of relevant experience, including 4 years of leadership.
• Experience with TxDOT standards, policies, and government contexts.
• Proven ability to develop strategy, identify opportunities, and lead capture efforts.

Responsabilités

• Fully accountable for TxDOT business development in collaboration with Texas leaders.
• Represent AECOM with TxDOT and serve as main point of contact.
• Oversee delivery of projects ensuring regulatory compliance and safety standards.
