Job summary

RideNow Powersports in Georgetown, TX is seeking a Parts and Accessories Sales Associate to join our leading powersports team. If you love motorcycles and helping customers find the right parts, this role offers uncapped commission and a friendly, fast-paced environment.

You will identify required parts with customers and technicians, provide accurate estimates, process sales at the POS, and ensure order accuracy and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of powersports dealership experience preferred.
• Retail sales experience required.
• Familiar with stocking and organizing parts inventory.
• Experience with dealer management tools such as CDK, Lightspeed, etc.
• Cashier experience utilizing POS and/or other systems.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers and technicians to identify required parts.
• Sell parts and accessories to help customers with builds and maintenance (commission-based).
• Look up records and enter customer information.
• Answer calls and provide exceptional customer service over the phone.
• Keep track of special orders and call customers when items have arrived.
• Provide estimates for parts customers require.
• Ensure displays are organized and neat.
• Ensure customers are satisfied with orders and items received.
