Job summary

RideNow Powersports in Austin, TX seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead dealership sales strategy across showroom and digital channels. You will desk deals, control pricing, coach staff, and ensure profitable, compliant processes from lead to delivery.

This hands-on role requires leadership presence, high-velocity execution, and the ability to close deals while growing the sales team. Prior powersports or automotive leadership and CRM/digital retail tools experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales leadership experience in powersports, automotive, or RV.
• Prior experience as a Sales Manager.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, desking, and closing techniques.
• Experience working with CRM systems and digital retail tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily sales floor operations and customer flow.
• Execute and enforce the dealership sales process from lead to delivery.
• Desk deals, structure pricing, and support closing efforts.
• Coach, train, and motivate sales consultants through role play and real-time feedback.
• Hold accountable processes daily with the Floor Managers.
• Partner with F&I to maximize PUS and product penetration.
• Monitor inventory availability, aging, and presentation.
• Conduct daily sales huddles and performance reviews.
• Ensure accurate CRM usage, deal documentation, and compliance.
• Support promotional events, OEM programs, and seasonal initiatives.
• Address customer concerns and escalations as needed.
