Job summary

Vitalograph, a global leader in respiratory healthcare, is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales and expand market presence across IL, MN, IA and WI. You will develop regional strategies, build trusted relationships with healthcare providers, and identify opportunities in a dynamic hospital environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of outside sales experience in medtech or healthcare, with a proven track record of meeting targets and managing territories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience with territory management.
• Experience selling to hospital/healthcare stakeholders and procurement teams.
• Familiarity with medtech terminology and complex sales cycles.
• Experience with software/SaaS sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a regional sales strategy aligned with company goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key hospital accounts and networks.
• Identify new opportunities through market research and networking.
• Deliver product demonstrations to healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and feedback to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service and product teams on promotions.
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts to management.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory as required.
