Job summary

Vitalograph is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales growth across Illinois, Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin. You will develop business with hospitals, clinics and healthcare networks, build trusted relationships with decision-makers, and deliver persuasive product demonstrations of respiratory diagnostics solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of outside healthcare sales, strong CRM and relationship skills, and a proven ability to navigate complex hospital environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences or related field.
• 3+ years outside sales in medical technology or healthcare with a track record of meeting targets.
• Experience selling to hospitals and managing defined territories.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts across hospitals and networks.
• Identify and develop new opportunities through market research and networking.
• Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service and product teams to support sales initiatives.
• Maintain CRM records and provide accurate forecasts to management.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory as required.
