Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years related experience, or 2–5 years swine experience preferred.
• Proficient in English (reading & writing).
• Ability to supervise and train farm staff.

Responsibilities

• Train employees on day-to-day processes and develop a competent workforce.
• Create and manage employee work schedules and maintain personnel records.
• Perform farm audits and ensure SOPs are followed and facilities are maintained.
• Ensure daily/weekly production targets are met and submit production analyses.
• Care and conditioning of sows on the farm.
• Submit orders for farm supplies and maintenance needs.
