Job summary

Seaboard Foods is seeking a Sow Farm Supervisor to manage day-to-day farm operations, train staff, and ensure production targets are met. You will supervise employees, conduct audits, and maintain accurate records while ensuring care and conditioning of sows on the farm.

The role requires English proficiency, and a Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of related experience, with swine experience preferred. Comprehensive benefits and a stable farming environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in English reading and writing.
• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years related experience and/or training.
• 2 to 5 years swine experience preferred; high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Train employees on day-to-day processes and develop a competent workforce.
• Create and manage employee work schedules; maintain personnel paperwork and provide timely feedback.
• Perform farm audits to ensure SOPs are followed and facilities are in good condition.
• Ensure daily/weekly production targets are met and submit production analysis reports.
• Care and conditioning of sows on the farm.
• Submit orders for farm supplies and maintenance needs.
