Job summary

Seaboard Foods is seeking a seasoned supervisor for swine production to lead day-to-day farm operations, ensure production targets are met, and manage a competent workforce. You will oversee multiple finisher sites, train staff, and implement SOPs while maintaining animal welfare and biosecurity standards.

The role requires strong English communication, audits of facilities, and meticulous recordkeeping. Daily travel to local farm sites is expected, with scheduling and cost-control

Qualifications

• Two years swine production experience.
• Experience overseeing daily swine farm operations and directing farm personnel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple finisher farm sites and related personnel to meet production targets.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate day-to-day farm activities and staff.
• Train employees using hands-on methods and provide timely feedback for growth.
• Perform audits to ensure SOPs are followed and facilities are well maintained.
• Maintain accurate records of animals, personnel and supplies; manage health assessments with vet staff.
• Ensure health and safety of employees and animals; track feed and ration staging.
