Qualifikationen

• Active Texas Public Adjuster license is required.
• 5+ years of property-claims experience; commercial, large-loss, appraisal, or catastrophe experience valued.
• Strong professional network in Texas and proven business development ability.
• Excellent knowledge of policy language, estimating, documentation, and negotiation.
• Credible communicator representing policyholders and JustClaims in market.
• Comfort with technology and willingness to leverage software to improve workflow.

Aufgaben

• Own and grow JustClaims’ presence across Texas, building durable referral, partner, and client relationships.
• Lead commercial and complex property-damage claims and appraisals from strategy through resolution.
• Develop business through existing network and JustClaims marketing/partnership capabilities.
• Build relationships with contractors and restoration companies to use JustClaims across insured work.
• Review policies, scope losses, coordinate experts, develop claim strategy, document files, and negotiate with carriers.
• Represent JustClaims at inspections, partner meetings, and industry events.
• Provide market insights to product, research, and engineering teams to improve workflows.
