JustClaims is seeking a senior California-based Public Adjuster to lead claims and appraisals, building a durable local presence through contractor, restoration firm, owner, attorney, and broker relationships.

You will own California growth, leveraging JustApp, JustHub, and national branding to scale referrals and opportunities, while traveling across the state as needed. Remote-friendly, with stock options and strong incentive potential.

Qualifications

• Active California Public Adjuster license required.
• 5+ years of meaningful property-claims experience (commercial, large-loss, appraisal, or catastrophe valued).
• Strong professional network in California with track record of business development.
• Excellent understanding of policy language, estimating, documentation, negotiation.
• Willingness to travel within California for inspections and major losses.

Responsabilités

• Own and grow JustClaims’ presence across California through referrals and partnerships.
• Lead commercial and complex property-damage claims from strategy through resolution.
• Develop business via existing network and JustClaims marketing/partnership capabilities.
• Build relationships with contractors and restoration companies to use JustClaims services.
• Represent JustClaims at inspections, partner meetings, and industry events.
• Provide market insights to product, research, marketing, and engineering teams.
