JustClaims in Dallas, Texas seeks a Senior Business Development professional to lead market expansion and build a durable Texas presence.

You will own claims and appraisals, develop business through existing networks, and collaborate with JustClaims marketing, content, and partnerships to create new opportunities. A Texas Public Adjuster license and a strong network are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Public Adjuster license is required.
• 5+ years of property-claims experience; commercial, large-loss, appraisal, or catastrophe experience valued.
• Strong professional network in Texas and proven business development ability.
• Excellent knowledge of policy language, estimating, documentation, and negotiation.
• Credible communicator representing policyholders and JustClaims in market.
• Comfort with technology and willingness to leverage software to improve workflow.

Build the Texas Market

This is a senior role with a clear mandate: help make JustClaims a market leader in Texas. You will lead claims and appraisals while building a durable local presence through relationships with contractors, restoration firms, owners, attorneys, brokers, and other participants in the claims ecosystem. JustClaims provides brand, demand generation, products, content, and a centralized team; market leadership still starts with your credibility and network.

You can work remotely within Texas or use our Dallas office as a local base for team, partner, and market activity.

Regional expansion is encouraged. From the outset, we will work with you to prioritize additional licenses and support you in acquiring them, with particular opportunity in Louisiana, Oklahoma, and other Hail Alley states shared with our Colorado team.

What You Will Do

• Own and grow JustClaims’ presence across Texas, building durable referral, partner, and client relationships.
• Lead commercial and complex property-damage claims and appraisals from strategy through resolution.
• Develop business through your existing network while using our marketing, content, and partnership capabilities to create additional qualified opportunities.
• Build deep relationships with contractors and restoration companies and help them use JustClaims across their insurance-funded work.
• Review policies, scope losses, coordinate experts, develop claim strategy, document files, and negotiate with carriers.
• Represent JustClaims at inspections, partner meetings, industry events, and other high-value market opportunities.
• Bring market insight back to our claims, product, research, marketing, and engineering teams so we keep improving how we work.

JustApp at the Core

JustApp is our internal, custom-built claims management platform and the operating core of JustClaims. It is where our team works claims and appraisals: organizing files, managing workflow and documentation, coordinating activity, driving next steps, and keeping complex matters moving. We built it because serious claims work deserves better infrastructure than generic software and disconnected tools.

Around JustApp is a broader product ecosystem. Justin analyzes insurance policies. Justin Pro gives contractor and restoration partners a branded policy-analysis experience. The Partner Portal helps partners organize teams and opportunities. JustHub gives clients and partners visibility into active claims and appraisals. Together, these products help us engage earlier, collaborate better, and work more efficiently.

Become a Market Leader

We are not hiring someone simply to service a caseload. We want an experienced PA who can help make JustClaims a leading name in Texas. You should know the market and have relationships that matter. We invest alongside you with national branding, digital demand generation, partner programs, research, SEO/AEO, an extensive educational blog, software engineers, and products that give contractors and owners reasons to engage with us before a claim becomes difficult.

The opportunity is to combine your reputation and judgment with a national platform that can help you reach more partners, handle more complex work, and build a market position larger than any one adjuster could build alone.

What You Bring

• Active Texas Public Adjuster license. This is required.
• 5+ years of meaningful property-claims experience; commercial, large-loss, appraisal, or catastrophe experience is strongly valued.
• A strong professional network in Texas and a track record of developing business and trusted referral relationships.
• Strong command of policy language, estimating, documentation, negotiation, and the practical realities of resolving property claims.
• Excellent judgment and communication skills, with the credibility to represent policyholders and JustClaims in the market.
• Comfort with technology and curiosity about how software, AI, data, and better workflow can improve the profession.
• Ability to travel within Texas for inspections, partner development, and major losses.

Compensation

• Base salary starting at $100,000, with higher base compensation based on experience, licensing, network, and track record.
• Annual incentive opportunity at least equal to base salary.
• $200,000+ on-target earnings, with substantially higher earning potential for top performers and uncapped upside.
