Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise handling and resolution of Texas workers’ compensation claims.
• Make decisions on plans of action, payments, reserves and settlements.
• Review files for accuracy, reserves, and proper resolution.
• Authorize payments and reserve increases above examiner authority.
• Ensure accurate claims coding and documentation.
• Monitor quality, analytics, and unit closing goals.
