Job summary

Painters USA, Inc in Texas is seeking a Bilingual Regional Safety Specialist to advance our safety culture across the Texas region. This exempt, full-time role combines field guidance with office work to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

You will conduct audits, lead investigations, deliver training (OSHA 10/30, MEWP, etc.), review safety documents, and collaborate with operations to mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of safety experience in commercial and/or industrial construction.
• Ability to deliver training effectively to employees at all levels.
• Strong understanding of construction safety processes and protocols.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional methods.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reports and records.
• Preferred certifications include OSHA 500, MEWP trainer, scaffold/swing stage trainer, confined space trainer, fit test administrator, lead abatement trainer, MSHA, and First Aid/CPR/AED trainer.
• Conduct inspections of facilities and project sites to identify hazards and mitigation options.
• Review safety documents (JSA, permits) and provide feedback.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
