Painters USA Inc. seeks a bilingual Regional Safety Specialist to advance our safety culture across the Texas region. This full-time, exempt role provides technical guidance, conducts field audits and investigations, delivers training, and partners with operations teams to identify and mitigate risks.

Approximately 70% field-based and 30% office-based depending on business needs. You will lead incident investigations, review safety documents, and ensure regulatory compliance while staying

Qualifications

• Five+ years of safety experience in commercial and/or industrial construction.
• Ability to deliver training effectively to employees at all levels.
• Strong understanding of construction safety processes and protocols.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional methods.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reports, permits, and training records.

• Champion a safety-first culture by setting expectations and leading by example.
• Integrate safety into strategic planning, decision-making, and company goals.
