Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Regional Practice Leader for the Texas Construction Management division. The role blends technical expertise with strategic vision to drive growth across multiple practices in the region.

Responsibilities include expanding market share, managing key client relationships (TxDOT), leading business development efforts, and building a high-performance team. Requires a Bachelor’s in an related field and 10+ years in PM/management; travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related AEC field with 10+ years of PM/management experience.
• Typically 10+ years progressive professional and increasing project management and organizational management in the AEC industry.
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of successful project management and team collaboration.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to support regional initiatives.
• Master’s/MBA preferred.
• Professional license or certification within the field of expertise.

Responsibilities

• Grow the regional practice by maximizing market share and developing new clients/services.
• Maintain strong relationships with regional clients (TxDOT) and follow policies.
• Lead business development, marketing plans, and market intelligence for each practice.
• Identify new clients and opportunities; collaborate with leadership to win work.
• Develop a high-performance team through leadership and mentoring of staff.
• Coordinate resource allocation within regions and practices.
• Serve as principal-in-charge or senior project manager on large projects.
• Develop project safety plans and ensure compliance with safety rules.
• Meet regularly with clients to review progress and maintain satisfaction.
