Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field (AEC Industry) and 10+ years of professional experience.
• 10+ years of progressive project management and organizational management in the AEC industry.
• Proven leadership with a track record in project management, business management, and team collaboration.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to support regional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead all similar technical practices within the designated regional market and/or geography.
• Provide support to Practice Leaders to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with regional practices to share expertise and implement best practices.
• Develop and execute growth strategies and business plans for the regional practice.
• Engage with other Regional Practice Leaders to drive collective success and performance.
• Oversee budget development and ensure projects are delivered within budget and scope.
• Provide leadership in recruitment, retention, and staff development.
