Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. seeks a regional practice leader for Texas Construction Management/CE&I to drive growth across Dallas and other Texas markets. You will shape strategy, lead business development, and manage senior project teams to deliver complex programs.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s in a related field, 10+ years in AEC project leadership, and proven ability to win work, build client relationships, and mentor staff. Travel within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field (AEC Industry) and minimum of 10 years of related professional experience.
• Typically, 10+ years of progressive professional and increasing project management and organizational management experience in the AEC industry.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to support regional initiatives

• Grow the regional practice and develop new clients.
