Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Structures Practice Leader to establish and grow a Structural practice within the Transportation Design discipline.

This role will work with regional leadership to identify opportunities for bridge projects and lead the pursuit of new work with current and prospective clients. You will provide leadership to PMs and staff, drive recruitment and development, manage budgets and schedules, and collaborate across disciplines to maximize opportunities

Qualifications

Leadership and strategic thinking to build and lead technical teams.
Proven track record in managing projects, budgets and schedules.
Experience driving business development and client relationships in an engineering/technical setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Establish and grow the Structural practice within the Transportation Discipline.
Identify opportunities for bridge/structure projects and pursue new work.
Lead recruitment, staff development, and performance management within the practice.
Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and QA/QC across projects.
Lead business development and marketing efforts to build backlog and win work.
Collaborate with other disciplines to cross-sell services and optimize outcomes.
