Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly talented Structures Practice Leader to establish and grow a Structural practice within the Transportation Discipline.

You will work with regional leadership to assess the market and identify opportunities for bridge/structure projects. As Leader, you will drive marketing, proposals, and project management, mentor staff, and ensure project quality and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field with 7+ years of related professional experience.
• Proven project management leadership experience in a technical practice.
• Experience in business development and client relationship management.
• Strong ability to manage budgets, margins, and cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Structures Practice within the Transportation Discipline.
• Identify target clients and opportunities to expand KCI's market presence.
• Lead development of proposals and teaming efforts; pursue and win new projects.
• Oversee scope, schedule, and fees; act as PM or senior PM on select projects.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and staffing development across the practice.
• Ensure quality, compliance with procedures, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
