Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Regional Practice Leader for Site/Civil to drive growth, oversee multiple practices, and mentor staff across the region. You will lead land development, design, drainage, permitting, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver projects successfully.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in AEC leadership, strong BD skills, and a proven track record in client management and strategic planning. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field; 10+ years in AEC leadership preferred.
• Proven leadership with project and business management experience.
• Strong communication and client development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead site/civil practices across designated regional markets.
• Drive business development and client relationships with developers, owners, and municipalities.
• Oversee project management, budgeting, and safety compliance.
