Hanson Professional Services, Inc. seeks an innovative Regional Power Market Lead based in Texas to drive business growth, manage key client relationships, and lead projects from conception to completion within our Power Market teams.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering/science/business, 10+ years in senior management and business development, and strong project management skills. Travel and overtime may be required; a PE license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science or business-related field required.
• At least 10 years in senior management, business development and project management with 5+ years with regional utility companies.
• AEC/engineering consulting project management experience, including budgeting and scheduling.
• Demonstrated leadership of diverse project teams and staff management is a plus.
• Proven ability to build and grow client relationships and drive revenue.
• Strong verbal and written communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related business tools.
• Willingness to travel and work overtime to meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development initiatives and manage customer relationships for key projects.
• Oversee power market projects from conception to delivery, ensuring schedule and budget adherence.
• Develop tactical sales and earnings plans aligning with business objectives.
• Represent Hanson in marketing and client interactions, building partnerships.
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and market trends.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams and cross-functional colleagues.
