Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience required.
• 12+ years of related experience in a complex consulting, professional services, or similar organization.
• Ability to achieve net sales results between $2M and $10M or comparable BD results.
• Experience leading business development, including leads, strategy, and converting opportunities.
• Strong business management skills: objectives, pipeline, forecasting.
• Proven ability to collaborate, develop staff or client teams, and gain stakeholder support.
• Experience coordinating contract negotiations with management and internal processes.
• Active involvement in professional organizations or industry groups.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional Power market strategy in partnership with leadership and internal partners.
• Expand and deepen utility relationships, position DEA as trusted advisor.
• Develop market intelligence on client priorities, funding, trends, and opportunities.
• Drive business development: pursuit strategy, go/no-go, proposals.
• Serve as senior client-facing leader with utility, federal, public, and industrial clients.
• Champion client experience by setting clear expectations and delivering quality work.
• Coordinate with project managers to support pursuit planning and delivery.
• Monitor sales results, backlog, profitability, and BD spend.
• Partner on recruiting, retention, and talent development for power market growth.
