Job summary

AECOM is seeking a full-time Lead Texas CEI Sr. Project Manager to be based in Austin, TX.

This role will lead efforts to grow the Construction Engineering & Inspection (CEI) market in Texas, develop work, and perform project management duties as needed while guiding the regional CEI team. You will engage with TxDOT and other agencies, develop a detailed CEI business plan, and manage staffing, proposals, and client relations to win and deliver transportation projects.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a relevant field, 10+ years of experience or equivalent.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• TX PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Develop CEI business plan with scalable milestones.
• Lead Texas CEI team and grow the region's work.
• Identify strategic partners and market opportunities.
• Lead proposal writing and interview presentations.
• Ensure CEI project delivery and KPI achievement; oversee staffing and billing.
