Job summary

Peraton is seeking an experienced Account Director to serve as the single point of accountability for the Texas Private Cloud contract and provide executive-level leadership for service delivery to the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR).

The Account Director will be the primary Peraton face to DIR leadership, responsible for day-to-day service delivery, billing, relationships, customer satisfaction, and attainment of all Service Levels. Relocation to the Austin, TX area is required.

Qualifications

16+ years of experience in senior IT/contract leadership roles.
Experience leading large-scale government IT managed services contracts (ideally $50M+ annually).
Account/Program Director or equivalent leadership on public-sector IT contracts (Texas or large programs).
Single point of accountability in complex multi-vendor/MSI environments.

Responsibilities

Serve as the single point of accountability for the Texas Private Cloud contract.
Act as primary Peraton face to DIR leadership and senior stakeholders.
Oversee day-to-day service delivery, billing, and relationship management.
Ensure DIR customer satisfaction and attainment of all Service Levels.
Lead executive-facing relationships and drive contract performance for outcomes.
