Job summary

Peraton is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Director to provide overall leadership and accountability for the delivery of all contract requirements across the Texas Private Cloud environment, including the Austin and San Angelo data centers. The role oversees SDMs, manages SLA performance, and coordinates with the Account Director on customer satisfaction and DIR relationships.

Candidates must reside in or relocate to the Austin, TX area.

Qualifications

• 16 years of experience in IT/managed services leadership roles.
• 10+ years leading IT managed services operations at scale (contracts $50M+/yr).
• Experience managing multi-tower data center services (Compute, Storage, Network, Facilities, Mainframe).
• Previous state or federal government IT managed services delivery experience.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL service management framework.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall delivery leadership across all contract requirements.
• Oversee Service Delivery Managers and manage service-level performance.
• Lead Severity 1 and 2 escalation management.
• Coordinate with Account Director on customer satisfaction and DIR relationship.
• Ensure ITIL-based service management oversight across towers.
• Drive operational consistency and performance across the delivery organization.
