Job summary

Peraton is seeking an Account Director to serve as the single point of accountability for the Texas Private Cloud contract with the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR). The role provides executive-level leadership for service delivery, billing, and relationship management, ensuring all applicable service levels are met.

The Account Director will be the primary face of Peraton to DIR leadership, overseeing day-to-day operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

16 years of experience, may have management experience.
10+ years of experience managing large-scale government IT contracts, preferably contracts valued at $50M+ per year.
Experience as Account Director, Program Director, or equivalent leadership role in Texas state government or large public-sector IT contracts.
Demonstrated experience as the single point of accountability in complex multi-vendor/MSI IT environments.
Strong executive presence and ability to interface with DIR leadership and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Serve as the single point of accountability for the Services.
Be the single point of contact for all DIR communications concerning the Agreement.
Exercise authority to act on behalf of Peraton in day-to-day matters.
Maintain day-to-day responsibility for service delivery, billing, and relationship management.
Ensure DIR customer satisfaction and attainment of all Service Levels.
Serve as Peraton's executive-facing representative and relationship leader for DIR.
Provide leadership across a complex, multi-vendor/MSI IT environment.
Drive accountability for contract performance and customer outcomes.
