Rocket Doctor is seeking a Texas Physician Lead to develop and support its physician network and clinical operations in Texas. You will work closely with the U.S. Medical Director and cross-functional teams to launch in Texas and recruit physicians to join the platform.

This remote, part-time role requires a Texas medical license, board certification, and strong communication and organizational skills to guide onboarding, clinical workflows, and regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• Active Texas medical license and board certification.
• In good standing with the Texas Medical Board.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Experience with telemedicine and healthcare operations preferred.

Responsabilités

• Shape Rocket Doctor’s clinical launch strategy in Texas.
• Recruit and engage Texas physicians to join Rocket Doctor.
• Lead onboarding calls and participate in recruitment calls.
• Coordinate with Provider Success and Credentialing on onboarding.
• Familiarize new physicians with clinical workflows and EMR.
• Advise on Texas-specific clinical, regulatory, and access issues.
• Identify physician availability and clinic-coverage needs.
• Host regular Texas physician meetings as the network grows.
• Troubleshoot challenges affecting Texas physicians or patients.
• Attend biweekly U.S. Physician Leads meeting.
• Contribute to resources, workflows, platform improvements, and planning.
• Provide Texas-specific feedback to leadership.
