Zusammenfassung

Rocket Doctor is seeking a Texas Physician Lead to help develop and support our physician network and clinical operations in Texas. This remote, part-time role (approximately four hours per week) will partner with the U.S.

Medical Director and cross-functional teams to shape launch strategy, recruit physicians, manage onboarding, monitor onboarding barriers, and address Texas-specific regulatory and patient-access considerations.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted medical license in Texas.
• Board certification in at least one US specialty.
• In good standing with the Texas Medical Board.
• Familiar with EMR and telemedicine practices.
• Ability to operate across clinical, operational, business, and technology functions.

Aufgaben

• Recruit and engage physicians in Texas for Rocket Doctor.
• Participate in physician onboarding calls and informatio n sessions.
• Monitor onboarding and identify barriers or delays with Credentialing.
• Educate new physicians on Rocket Doctor workflows, EMR, and support resources.
• Provide Texas-specific feedback to leadership on clinical/regulatory considerations.
• Lead biweekly U.S. Physician Leads meetings and contribute to broader clinical initiatives.
