Job summary

Avrek Law Firm is seeking a motivated Texas-licensed Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join the team. The role is remote for Texas residents with a planned Dallas office opening in 2027, after which the position transitions to in-office in Dallas, TX.

Qualifications

• Active Texas license in good standing.
• Hands-on plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
• Experience managing litigated cases from filing through resolution.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Negotiation and courtroom advocacy experience.
• Experience with depositions, motions, discovery, and trial prep.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Effective client communication and case management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of plaintiff-side personal injury matters from filing through resolution.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies to maximize outcomes.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other docs.
• Conduct and defend depositions, attend hearings, and represent clients in court.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurers.
• Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial.
• Collaborate with paralegals and case managers for efficient progression.
• Ensure compliance with Texas procedural rules and deadlines.
• Communicate case status and strategy to clients.
