Job summary

Avrek Law Firm in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our settlement-focused team. The ideal candidate is licensed in AZ (TX preferred) with at least 3 years of personal injury experience and a track record of sizeable settlements and verdicts.

You will manage all facets of personal injury caseload, counsel plaintiffs, prepare and review legal documents, negotiate settlements, and collaborate with a team to achieve the best results for clients.

Qualifications

Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
Admitted to practice law in Arizona and in good standing with AZ Bar Association.
Admitted to practice law in Texas is highly preferred.
Minimum 3 years of prior experience in personal injury.
In-depth understanding of personal injury laws, regulations, and procedures.

Responsibilities

Manage all facets of personal injury caseload, including communicating with clients, supervising cases, and engaging in settlement negotiations.
Give legal counsel to plaintiffs in personal injury lawsuits, safeguarding their rights and seeking reimbursement for injuries, medical bills and related losses.
Assemble and scrutinize petitions, motions, responses, settlement contracts, and related correspondence.
Facilitate settlement discussions with parties, insurers, and defense counsel.
Cooperate with a team of attorneys and support staff to achieve the best results for clients.
