Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Texas.
• Experience leading water/wastewater municipal projects.
• Ability to review and seal civil engineering plans in Texas.
• Strong client interaction and project leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead water and wastewater projects from planning through closeout.
• Coordinate design, permitting, bidding, and construction support.
• Review plans and provide engineering direction to teams.
• Engage municipalities, rural water groups, and utility clients in Texas.
