MaxIT Consulting -- Max Corporate Group in Jacksonville, TX, is seeking a licensed Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager for infrastructure development. The role mixes hands-on design, project leadership, regulatory coordination, and client engagement across municipal water and wastewater utilities in Texas.

The ideal candidate will lead projects from planning through construction, review and seal plans, manage permitting, and mentor junior staff from a hybrid Jacksonville office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Texas PE license required and active.
• Ability to review, approve, and seal civil plans in Texas.
• 6–8+ years of progressive civil engineering experience.
• Experience in water/wastewater or municipal infrastructure.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD or similar design tools.
• Strong project-management and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects from planning through closeout.
• Review, design, and seal civil engineering plans for Texas projects.
• Coordinate permitting with TCEQ and manage submittals.
• Manage projects: planning, design, bidding, construction support, closeout.
• Develop bid packages and support public-sector procurement.
• Provide engineering direction to internal teams and mentors to staff.
