Job summary

CPM Holdings is seeking a Territory Manager to drive aftermarket sales and services across Texas and New Mexico. You will engage with existing and prospective customers, present technical solutions, and build a robust pipeline through regular travel.

The role requires a proven background in sales and technical communication, with the ability to diagnose needs and coordinate with engineering teams to propose solutions. Relocation to Texas or near-airport access is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in business or technical field preferred.
• 4+ years in a related role; animal feed knowledge a plus.
• Strong communication, both written and verbal, for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with MS Office: Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Word.

Responsibilities

• Sell CPM aftermarket products and services in Texas and New Mexico.
• Develop and execute domestic territory growth strategy.
• Travel regularly to build relationships with customers and generate leads.
• Deliver technical presentations to customers and prospects.
• Provide technical support and solutions alongside engineering and operations.
