Job summary

CPM Holdings is seeking a Territory Manager to lead aftermarket sales for customers in AZ, UT, WY, ID and MT. Must reside in Wyoming or relocate near a well-connected airport, and be prepared to travel regularly to build and sustain customer relationships.

You will confer with existing and prospective customers, assess needs, sell aftermarket goods, and generate capital equipment leads while coordinating with engineering and operations to deliver solutions.

Qualifications

• Two or four year degree in business or technical discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience in sales or territory management.
• Practical experience communicating effectively, orally and in writing.
• Demonstrated ability using logic and reasoning to solve problems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Sell CPM aftermarket products & services to customers in the animal feed, waste & biomass, and industrial industries.
• Develop and execute a strategy to generate additional business in the sales territory.
• Travel throughout the territory to build relationships and cultivate leads.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers and prospects.
• Diagnose problems with installed equipment and coordinate with engineering to propose solutions.
• Provide technical support to clients and staff regarding equipment use and maintenance.
• Maintain up-to-date information on products, industry, and market conditions for customer meetings.
• Meet personal and team sales targets.
• Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events.
• Document activities and maintain customer data in CRM.
