Job summary

Dudley Land Company is seeking a Project Coordinator to support land projects across Texas from our Katy, TX office. This role coordinates field, title, and client-reporting schedules, collaborating with landmen and title staff to keep workflows aligned as work shifts across South Texas, East Texas, and the Permian Basin.

You will help manage multi-site field, title, and right-of-way tasks, ensuring timely delivery of client reports and compliance with Texas title nuances.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Team Lead, Crew Chief, or similar leadership/coordination role.
• RL, RPL, or CPL credential (AAPL)
• Familiarity with Texas mineral title nuances such as South Texas title running back to patent, East Texas heirship complexities, Permian Basin land practices, the Texas survey system
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple moving pieces at once
• Strong computer/Excel skills and clear written communication

Responsibilities

• Coordinate active field, title, and client-reporting schedules across our statewide Texas team, working closely with the landmen and title staff.
• Support land projects across Texas from Katy to other basins, ensuring title and patent work stay on track.
• Assist with multi-site coordination across fields, title work, and right-of-way tasks across Texas.
