Lonestar Land Services, LLC is seeking a Title Project Manager for a full-time hybrid role based near Cool, TX, with on-site and remote days as needed. The candidate will reside within commuting distance of our Cool office and manage title, documentation, and related tasks for land/right-of-way projects.

The role requires strong research skills, project management experience, and the ability to coordinate with clients, field teams, surveyors, and legal partners to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in title field.
  • Experience researching estate documents and property records across jurisdictions.
  • Experience planning and scheduling multiple concurrent projects.
  • Knowledge of easement rights and property records.
  • Strong communication with clients, survey partners, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage title, document prep, and related activities for land/right-of-way projects.
  • Oversee research and review of property records; coordinate title curative actions.
  • Lead weekly status meetings with the client and prepare project line lists.
  • Assist in items for condemnation process; coordinate with admin on landowner notifications.
  • Plan and track project timelines; coordinate with clients, field teams, survey teams, and legal partners.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to keep projects on schedule.
