Qualifications

• Heavy civil, pipeline, plant, or infrastructure construction experience.
• Experience on large-dollar projects where planning and leadership matter.
• Judgment, leadership, and communication are crucial and cannot be taught.

Responsibilities

• Full ownership of major projects from early phases through execution.
• Leadership of PMs, Superintendents, and project teams.
• Direct interaction with owners, engineers, and internal leadership.
• Strategic problem-solving rather than constant fire-drills.
• Ability to influence how work is executed, not just react to it.
