Qualifications

• Heavy civil/infrastructure background preferred.
• Experience leading large, multi-project portfolios.
• Ability to supervise PMs, Superintendents and project teams.
• Judgment, leadership and communication cannot be taught.

Responsibilities

• Full ownership of major projects from early phases through execution.
• Lead PMs, Superintendents, and project teams.
• Direct interaction with owners, engineers, and internal leadership.
• Strategic problem-solving and proactive decision-making.
• Influence how work is executed rather than merely reacting to it.
